wow what a find!
central location stylish apartment
the location is unbelievable it is right in the heart of everything. the apartment was modern and so stylish plus the beds were comfortable. i also really loved how helpful and polite the staff were i felt so welcomed .
the shower drain had a bad smell it impacted the whole room. i reported it to reception however it was not fixed. it was really strong bad smells.

the pool on the terrace offers amazing views and plenty of space with sunny and shaded sections available it is so relaxing. there is a restaurant providing wonderful food and bar offering different drinks and beverages

just okay, honestly
bad pillows old furniture
i was a little disappointed. the bed, i think it's called a 'two-bedroom apartment', was really small. also, the pillows were just terrible, very uncomfortable to sleep on. i really think the hotel should invest in better pillows. plus, some of the furniture was pretty old, not what i expected at all.

the location was central , near the metro. housekeeping came daily , a service i appreciated. the rooftop bar provided great city views.
the bathroom was small , and storage was limited.

prime location spacious lounge comfortable bed gorgeous decor
The hotel is perfectly situated on Gran Via. Our apartment had great kitchen facilities and a spacious lounge area. I found the bed very comfortable. The decor throughout the apartment and hallways is gorgeous.
The wardrobe space was a little limited , but manageable for a shorter stay.

mixed feelings about my stay
uncomfortable sofa bed intense street noise
the sofa bed was honestly awful. it was so uncomfortable i wondered if it was actively trying to punish me. also, the noise from the street was intense. it sounded like a permanent car race was happening right outside my window, even at 3 am. its a pity as the location is central but sleep was a real challenge.

I stayed in the two-bedroom apartment and loved its spacious layout, it easily accommodated my family. we used the netflix enabled tvs a lot, a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. the well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals. the kids really enjoyed the pool every day. They had such a fantastic time.
The additional bed was uncomfortable and not prepared ahead of time. This made our arrival tiring after a long travel day.

decent location, some drawbacks
washing machine daily cleaning central location poor isolation heavy furniture high noise
the apartment had a washing machine and a kitchen. daily cleaning was available, and the service was 24/7. the location allowed easy access to shops and restaurants.
the sound isolation was quite poor and it was hard to rest at night. the furniture was heavy so noise was noticeable. i think some carpets would help to prevent this.
